Linda doesn't have to think long when she's asked her favorite subject at school.
"Lunch! Because that's when I get to see my friends," she says.
Spend a few minutes with the fast-talking, always-smiling teenager and it's clear she loves people.
"I'm good at making friends," she says. "I'm friendly and I make people laugh."
Linda has been in foster care for about eight years. She dreams of finding a permanent family and going to Rutgers University.
At home, you'll find Linda watching "Pokemon," "Hannah Montana" or listening to JoJo, Jordan Pruitt and Korn.
She also loves to write.
"I write songs, stories, poems, rap skits..." she says.
Linda says her goal is to find a family of her own. Her requirements for a family are simple: "People who would love you and won't hurt you. And love you for who you are."
